Links into Spanish offers a wide range of opportunities for pupils and teachers learning Spanish. A unique feature of any Links into Spanish programme is the chance to meet and get to know local people of the same age.

We are closely linked to the Cantabrian Regional Government and through its Schools Network for Primary and Secondary Schools we can bring together school groups and teachers visiting from the UK with schools in our region to enrich your school visit. Children participate in joint activities (sports competitions, dance classes etc.) and get an insight into the real Spain. There are also good opportunities for these initial visits to develop into longer term relationships between schools and teaching staff.

The green and unspoilt region of Cantabria, Northern Spain provides a safe and welcoming environment for school groups of all kinds from primary to upper secondary. It is a region of rich historical, cultural and geographical interest with much to do and excellent learning opportunities. With its mountains, rivers and long coastline, it is also ideal for a variety of year-round outdoor pursuits.
